Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Potch Petsitting Service ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Services Offered

Potch Petsitting Service provides the following services in Potchefstroom and surrounding areas:

All services are performed by trained and vetted staff members as assigned by Potch Petsitting Service.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via our secure payment gateway (Paystack). You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message upon successful payment.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3.3 Payment Security: All card transactions are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details on our systems.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client:

4.2 Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund within 3โ€“5 business days, or we will offer an alternative date.

4.3 Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 3โ€“7 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Emergency Situations

In the event of a veterinary emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary treatment for your pet. Any costs incurred will be for your account.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

9. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your mobile number and booking our services, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, service updates, and communications via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the North West Province.
